5. Enola Holmes Cast

Superman himself, Henry Cavill is set to take on Arthur Conan-Doyle’s iconic character, Sherlock Holmes in the anticipated Enola Holmes. The movie will also star Millie Bobby Brown as Enola.

The movie is based on the series of books focusing on the teenage sister of the famed detective. As they insist on her attending a fancy school to be a “lady”, instead Enola sets off to solve cases of her own.

4. Paul Rudd Joins Ghostbusters

There has been much speculation over the latest remake of the Ghostbuster franchise, and finally the first piece of casting was officially announced. Paul Rudd is set to wear the infamous jumpsuit and ghost-catching guns.

Not much is known on the plot, though a teaser trailer was revealed late last year. What we do know is the movie will NOT follow on from the all-female reboot in 2017.

3. William Supports LGBT

There has been a lot of Royal news last week, though one of the more celebrated was Prince William endorsing LGBTQ. The Prince visited AKT Charity in London, an organisation which helps support young LGBTQ people who have found themselves homeless.

It is believed that William was advised to visit AKT through another of the charity’s supporters, Lady Gaga. The engagement made front page news after William was asked whether what he would feel if his own children came out as a member of LGBTQ. In response the Prince stated that he would support fully, though his only concern would be how the public would respond.

2. Charlie's Angels Returns

We finally got our first look at the first-look trailer for the remake of Charlie’s Angels. The crime-fighting trio are returning to our screens with Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska taking on the lead roles. Elizabeth is portraying Bosley whilst also directing the movie.

The plot is focuses on a system’s engineer blowing the whistle on a dangerous technology. Charlie’s Angels are called into action from across the globe, putting their lives on the line to protect society.

1. Royal Expenses Outrage

Arguably the biggest news story of the week is the annual reveal of the Royal finances. This year however, the report has face major backlash, specifically the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The report states that Taxpayers forked out £2.4 million on the renovation of the couples Windsor home, Frogmore Cottage. This has angered many of the public who are struggling to understand how the costs could have been more expensive. Buckingham Palace dismissed any concerns instead arguing that the cottage was always in line for a renovation in the future.
