dorable new photos have been released to celebrate Prince Louis’ 2nd birthday. The delightful shots show the fifth-in-line to the Throne proudly holding his paint-covered hands to the camera after creating paintings to honour the NHS workers fighting the Coronavirus pandemic.
The adorable photographs were once again taken by his mother, The Duchess of Cambridge, at the family’s country home Anmer Hall earlier this month.
In other photos, Louis is seen smiling at the camera with glee, and in another holding his hands to his face in excitement, showcasing a happy and fun-loving little personality.
No doubt the cheeky little Prince created the rainbow hand painting as the Duke and Duchess continue to home-school their three children whilst in lockdown – with Kate admitting that she continued to teach George, Charlotte and Louis through the Easter holidays.
“It’s just having that bit of structure, actually. It’s great, there are so many great tips online and fun activities that you can do with the children, so it hasn’t been all hardcore,” she said.
Louis was last seen in a poignant video released by Kensington Palace, as he was joined by his siblings in clapping for carers. Though since his birth two years ago, the public have fallen in love with the adorable Prince, and what seems to be a growing cheeky personality. His appearance at last years Trooping the Colour stole the show, with headlines enamoured by his exuberant waving and happy demeanour.
The Cambridge’s have a busy few weeks ahead when it comes to family occasions. Next week marks the ninth wedding anniversary of the Duke and Duchess and next month marks Princess Charlotte’s fifth birthday, so expect plenty more Cambridge-family related photos in the near future.
But when it comes to little Louis, we have a feeling the UK has a new Royal Rockstar in the making!
With the Prince of Wales testing positive for Coronavirus and the Queen in self-isolation, it now falls to the Duke of Cambridge to lead the way.
