5. Anti-Brexit March

Falling on from the breakdown in talks between the UK and the EU over Brexit negotiations, over 700,000 protestors marched through the streets of the London to demand a second referendum, a ‘People’s Vote’.

Many Remain supporting politicians declared that the large number showed that the public wanted another vote, which could potentially halt Brexit.

owever, many leave supporters retorted, nicknaming the march a ‘Loser’s March’ and that they should respect the original democratic vote. Many also feared that a second vote would face a visceral reaction from the public and potential anarchy.

4. 'Meg'-a Spender

As the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are in the midst of their first overseas tour of Australia, it was obvious royal watchers, as well as fashion experts would be analysing every piece of clothing the newest Royal would be wearing. However, with this recognition has also brought to light the cost of Meghan’s fashion.

In little over 4 days of the Royal tour, it is believed that the Duchess’ clothes have cost a whopping £11,000. This has led to many forming a projected spending total of over £64,000 once the tour has ended.

Many have reacted negatively to the spending spree, stating that if The Duchess of Cambridge can re-wear items of clothing and wear more affordable High-street brands then surely so can Meghan?

As the tour is still underway, we’ll see the total cost of the bill in its entirety.

3. Saudi Murder

In a bizarre and scary turn of events, the horrific murder of Journalist, Jamal Khashoggi has taken another twist as Saudi Officials have changed their official recollection of the Washington Post employees disappearance.

Last week, the Saudis stated that the journalist had left the official consulate and had simply gone missing. However, with pressure growing day-by-day, they have now admitted that Khashoggi was killed in a fist fight within the building, but have failed to reveal where the journalist’s body is.

The murder has received international condemnation from countries around the world, though President Trump has received backlash from all sides after failing to take a tougher stance against the oppressive regime.

2. Selma Blair MS Diagnosis

Hollywood Actress, Selma Blair has announced through a statement on social media that she has been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. The actress who stated that she has been living with the disease for years though unknowingly received support from the celebrity world and further afield.

She said: “I have multiple sclerosis. I am and exacerbation. By the grace of the lord, and will power and the understanding producers as Netflix, I have a job.”

The star also added: “I have MS and I am ok. But if you see me, dropping crap all over the street, feel free to help me pick it up.”

1. Theresa's Time Bomb

Theresa has been told she has 72 hours to save her job as Prime Minister. The MP is set to face the Tory 1922 Committee and has been told “to bring her own noose,” alluding to a potential vote of no confidence.

May has been under attack for weeks now after negotiations with the EU crumbled over her Chequer’ Deal and Northern Ireland.

With news of Theresa’s impending departure from Number 10, other Tories have begun to vie for the ‘top job’ with David Davis in poll position. Are Theresa’s days numbered, we will see!
